We’re delighted to have been named the Corporate/Financial Consultancy of the Year for Asia Pacific at this year’s prestigious Asia Pacific SABRE Awards.

Accepting the award in Singapore last week, Managing Director Warrick Hazeldine paid tribute to Purple’s clients and 40-strong team.

“I’m delighted to accept this award, which reflects Purple’s commitment to starting and shaping conversations that matter, the skills and dedication of our team and, of course, the continued support and loyalty of our clients,” Mr Hazeldine said.

“Our team gets out of bed each day to deliver impact for those clients – and we share this award with them.

“To be chosen as the leading Corporate/Financial Consultancy of the Year for Asia Pacific against such strong competition is a humbling experience and the best kind of feedback for our continued efforts to grow our business.

“It’s been a big year for Purple, opening a Brisbane office and establishing a presence in Melbourne, overhauling the data insights that drive our business and launching a dedicated Stakeholder Engagement team.”

It’s the second time in five years we have been the recipient of a SABRE Award, after being recognised as the Australasian Consultancy of the Year in 2015.

We were also one of five finalists in the Branded Journalism category of the Gold SABRE Awards for our news and thought leadership hub, the268.com.au.

Mr Hazeldine said he was delighted to see The 268 shortlisted among some of the Asia Pacific region’s most highly-regarded content creators.

The 268 also received a Certificate of Excellence in the Brand Digital Category of the IN2 SABRE Awards, recognising innovation in communications.

“We launched The 268 last year to showcase the best thought leadership from Purple and to act as a credible news source for our valued clients and other stakeholders.

“To have our content hub showcased on the international stage like this is extremely exciting and a great reward for the team that keeps it ticking over with high-quality articles and multimedia content.”
